South Carolina Ranks Number 2 in the Nation's Deadliest Roads for DUI's

The April issue of Reader’s Digest has ranked the nation’s deadliest roads due to DUI’s. Montana is ranked at number one. South Carolina and Louisiana come in second and third. Other states to make the list are West Virginia, Mississippi, Texas, Alabama, and Arkansas.

The penalties for driving drunk in the United States grow harsher year after year. However, drunk driving offenses are very common and each state has different DUI laws. It’s important to have an experienced attorney on your side who concentrates on DUI and DWI defense.
