The Homeland Security coordinator for 10 Washington state counties was fired after he was arrested for DUI / DWI.

David L. Byrnes was arrested for DUI / DWI on Oct. 8 and pleaded not guilty. He was also arrested for drunk driving in February 2007, but that charge was reduced to reckless endangerment as part of a plea bargain.

If you’re facing a repeat DUI / DWI charge, you need an Washington drunk driving lawyer fighting to protect you from enhanced repercussions.
